Downtown Denver Arts

Memorial Day ushers in the time of the year in which we can all break out our favorite white shoes and pants (I’m going to look like a polyester-decked retiree come this summer… All eggshell pantsuits and cream loafers….) but also marks the start of the outdoor art festival season.
This weekend saw the 10th year of the Downtown Denver Arts Festival, a craft and fine art exhibit featuring the work of 130 Colorado artists.
Located on Glenarm and 16th Street next to the Denver Pavillions, a crowd turned up to see the work of crafters and creators despite the dreary weather.
Sculptor Kristopher Voss won especially rave reviews from some other local artists who attended the show.
