I’ve got DIY fever right now: It’s a slow day at work and I’ve been sketching away at my first zine attempt. Sadly, I have come to realize that drawing stick figures is very, very hard for those (like me) who have absolutely 0 in artistic talent.

But for those who have a better grasp on drawing (all my people are looking like mushy little circles with dot eyes.) check out some of the innovative Denver souls who’ve committed their original, inventive, and sometimes challenging ideas to copied papers. To witness these DIY wonders, the Zine Library makes it easy.

Open on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm-5pm, you can go and check out (literally!) up to three zines at once! Or, for the zine-o-philes amongst us, you can contribute your own zine to the library for others to see!

I suppose I’ll keep working on mine, even if every drawing looks like a pudding spill. Perhaps look for it soon in the zine library?
