Shake up your normal night at a bar along with talented Denver folks during SPUN (Spontaneous Fun) night at the Meadowlark.
Fun takes a variety of shapes as Brandi Shigley of Fashion Denver brings all sorts of entertainment, along with some surprise activities, to the Meadowlark (2701 Larimer St.) on the last Wednesday of every month.
A cavalcade of entertainment, SPUN harkens back to the variety shows of the days past, such as the Muppet Show, Sonny & Cher, and even the Mandrell Sisters. Filled with a host of Denver artists, musicians, and creators, the SPUN nights will allow a variety of Denver luminaries from all fields to take the stage and shine!
The November 26 debut night of SPUN will feature top-notch Denver talents showcasing their specialties in fashion, music, art, filmmaking, and more.
Award winning Colorado filmmaker Johnny Morehouse will show a series of short films, designer Funky Orange will break out the fashions, an-ism’s Dizy Pixl will be creating visuals, and music will be provided by Dr. Zen, DJ Segue, and popular pop group B.Sous.
Between sets, Shigley and friends of Fashion Denver will provide even more good times with some spontaneous, entertaining activities for the whole crowd to enjoy.
With a new lineup each month, SPUN will shake up the night from 8:30 to close at the bar.
With the spontaneous nature of the night, Denver folks will never know what great new talent or activity to expect at SPUN, but they can always expect lots of fun.
