Hot dog! This ol’ worn out year of 2008 is ending, and it’s time to ring in the new.
I forsee many good things in 2009; Mark my words, it’s gonna be HUGE.

If you happen to love fireworks (who doesn’t? The Kabalm! is awesome.) and happen to be meandering about downtown tonight, head to the 16th Street Mall for lights a plenty.

Downtown Denver will feature shows at 9pm, for those with small ones who tend to get sleepy, or the more mature midnight show (ooh la la!)

I headed down there a few years back to mingle with friends and strangers, and even got a new year’s kiss from some random fella and half a bottle of champagne.
