Westword’s gala art/music/fashion/food event is back for another year. On Sat. February 24, Vinyl (1082 Broadway) will be hopping with all sorts of delightful bites from local restaurants, and bands and fashion shows will provide plenty of entertainment. I’m particularly excited for the Betsey Johnson show, as she’s a national fashion figure who regularly turns out edgy and lovely fashion (Johnson apparently got her start during the Warhol days, with Edie Sedgwick as a house model.)

The Master Mind award winners from years past will also be around, and the Westword will be announcing this years winners, folks who’ve contributed to the arts community and helped Denver grow as a happening place.

The event starts at 7PM, and costs $35 if you get your tickets early, $45 at the door.
