Fashion Denver Showrooms!

The Fashion Denver headquarters is getting even more fashionable with the introduction of Fashion Denver Showcase this spring.
Opening up the offices to the designers of Denver, Fashion Denver will now feature clothing and accessories in their front room Showcase space, allowing fashionistas, fashion buyers, and trendsetters a sneak peak at the creative works from local designers.
Located in Denver’s historic Golden Triangle neighborhood, Fashion Denver headquarters at 11th and Cherokee will offer the space to hand-picked designers in an effort to spread the word about local creativity as well as allow people a glimpse of what Fashion Denver is all about.
“It’s been a dream of mine to have a space to showcase local designers,” says Fashion Denver founder Brandi Shigley. “It’s nice to have something to show people when they walk in and say, ‘So… what do you guys do?’ Now they can see for themselves!”
Five designers will be chosen a month, mixing clothing and accessories to show off the latest styles. Open houses for the public each month will allow the fashion-forward of the City to shop, mingle, and find out more about what makes Denver design so inspiring.
The inaugural showcase will feature looks from Francis Roces, with Asian inspired dresses and men’s reconstructed fashions, and Freedom Star, a Denver-friendly New York designer. Accessories will be supplied by Gurl with the Curl Jewery, L Train Recycled handbags and accessories, and bowties and cuffs from Tyes by Tara. While the artisans’ works will be present in the showroom all month, Fashion Denver will be opening its doors to celebrate their first Showcase Open House on March 25th from 6-9PM.
Created as a way to unite local designers with both the public and each other, Fashion Denver Showcases will provide even more opportunities for style to shine in the city.
If you’re a budding or established designer, this is a super opportunity to get your designs inside the Fashion Denver showroom. Fashion Denver is run by one Brandi Shigley, who I swear knows more people in the fashion business than I know. Period.
