I usually juts pop into Twist & Shout to grab a CD or some book about music- I forget that they offer an intimate performance space for many local and touring acts, something away from the mega-theatres and impersonal stages out there.

This Sunday (July 12), the store plays host to Colorado-based folk artist Gregory Alan Isakov(pictured above), who will be performing at 4PM in support of his new album, This Empty Northern Hemisphere.

Next month, the Boulder Acoustic Society will be appearing in the shop on Aug. 25 at 6 PM.
