Colorado State University is offering lots of meet-and-greets and career expansion opportunities for those of us in the Denver diaspora!

On July 22nd, the CSU Denver Office (410 17th Street, Suite 1400) is offering a Career seminar geared towards those of us who use social networking tools. The seminar, called “Tweets, Pokes, and Links” will offer tips on using online tools such as twitter, blogs, and facebook to promote yourself and your career.

On July 28, there will be a CSU at the Crescent night with a concert at the Greenwood Village outdoor theatre. RSVP at the alumni site for some free treats.

At the end of this month, the Alumni Association will be hosting a tequila tasting at the Chicano Humanities & Arts Council (772 Santa Fe Dr.) here in town.

The CSU Summer in the City offers all of us ex-pats of the Fort a chance to meet and mingle and celebrate the pride of the green and gold here in distant Denver.
