On July 17th at 7:30, local author Bill Stevens will be at the LoDo Tattered Cover to discuss his book Muddy’s Chronicles: Memoirs from the Last Great Coffeehouse.

A Denver landmark that hosted famous Denverites such as Allen Ginsberg, Denver mayors and governors, and plenty of other locals, Muddy’s Java Cafe was a hotspot for locals who loved a java joint, jazz musicians, or others in search of a boho hang out.

Stevens will be reading from his book as well as signing copies.
