Two hi-larious forces in comedy will be coming to Colorado this weekend, and one of them is a former Colorado resident!

This Saturday, Paul F. Thompkins and Kristen Schaal will be cracking wise at the Boulder Theatre starting at 9PM.

Thompkins was the face of VH1’s Best Week Ever, which is sadly now defunct (The blog, however, continues to cause me to spit coffee on my computer screen during an outburst of laughter sometimes, however…) and used to be on the grand Mr. Show. He’s been the star of several one-man shows through the years, and is pretty damn funny.

Kristen Schaal is best known for her role as Mel on Flight of the Conchords, or as a women’s issues correspondent on the Daily Show. She’s also from Longmont- who knew?
