With my new kid, I don’t have the time to keep this site fresh. So it’s yours for $750. Domain name (probably worth that alone), posts, design, site mechanics & programming, all “intellectual property”… everything. I’ll even throw in a year’s hosting for free.

If it doesn’t sell at this price I’ll keep knocking it down until it does. Hate to let it go — especially the valuable domain name dencx.com — but I just don’t have time to maintain her. She’s got a Google Pagerank of 4 which is really good.

If you’re looking for an established site to take over and run with, this one’s already there. The “beginner’s curve” has already been surmounted. It’s a turnkey site you can make revenue from or get free tickets to Denver stuff with or both. Hit the ground running.

Plus, it’s really fun to write about things here in Denver. Whatever comes to mind I pick up the laptop and post away… restaurants, old Denver memories, Lakeside… whatever. It’s got WordPress software installed — latest version — so you can even post from your iPhone. It’s ridiculously easy to post.
